It is a technological litter box, very well studied, very good value for money and easy to use.
Since it's a dusty household, I bought and used 5 products from another company 5 years ago. It was good when using it with the Sunsun model, but when changing the sand, I had to loosen each screw one by one, and it was so heavy that I died of exhaustion. I couldn't throw away one by one, and because of the child who only uses the automatic toilet, I can't throw away one.
I bought it with a satisfactory explanation and a good price to address my inconvenience, and I really like it. Sometimes the part that doesn't come off can be removed and turned with a stick, but this is just a small inconvenience compared to its convenience.
I am a fan. I am glad i don't have scoop poopy anymore.
This is not a Tonepie litter box, just some kind of fake. Infrared radar does not work or rather it is not installed at all. The cat house only stops when the cat enters it. The ionization function is also a fiction, it's just a fan that disperses the smell throughout the room. The application does not have most of the functions mentioned in the instructions. No problems with returns. I do not recommend.
